Our cottage home has a modern farmhouse feel with designer selected finishes. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom attached, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

THE Little Red River Place 🎣

The Little Red River Place is a beautiful cabin on a sprawling wooded lot on the bank of the Little Red River. We are on a rare, secluded stretch of the river, with farmland on the opposite side of the river, so the views are breathtaking! The cabin is very private, but near a variety of activities including hiking, biking, antiquing, water sports, and local restaurants. Relax on the screened porch and watch the river go by, stay warm by the outdoor fireplace, or catch trout from our dock.

Newly constructed cabin sitting on the banks of Little Red River. Between Heber Springs and Searcy. House has two large decks overlooking river. Upstairs deck is screened in with ceiling fans. The cabin also has a private boat dock. It is 1/2 mile from boat launch at Ramsey Landing. Very quite area with a lot of wildlife. Nearby... Bison Hall 7, No cleaning fee, near court square

Bison Hall 7 is a centrally located home 1 block from Searcy’s downtown court square and 1 mile from Harding Campus . Our house is within walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops around the court square. Our place is roomy duplex style house with a large living room and kitchen. Street parking is available directly in front of the house, with additional off street parking in the rear. We ask for No smoking and No Pets on the property, due to allergies of some guest.

The Loft
