This is a great lakefront home on beautiful Lake Letta a 478 acre lake. Face west for beautiful sunsets and great view of undeveloped land nature at it's best. The home is very open and spacious with family room, with wet bar, beautiful stone fireplace, and mid-sized pool table. Xfinity internet is also offered, as well as you tube tv and Amazon Prime streaming packages.

This space is the guest suite in a large home. you will have your own private entrance, very spacious bedroom with bath en suite, a quaint living and dining room, new kitchen cabinets and appliances.
