Off street parking in gravel driveway on right of the home. Easy access to major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis. Property located on gravel street a couple of blocks off blacktop.

Located in Historic Delano District our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home away from home has been home to many Wichita Local Shoe Repair Shops for the past 75 plus years. The last time this building homed a Shoe Repair Store was just a year and a half ago and owned and operated by my husband Keith. When he chose to run only one store, this building sat empty for a year. Once I realized this awesome building & location would be a perfect home away for travelers we began designing.

No need to find a laundromat - on site washer and dryer in the basement!
