Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.
