The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. The parking is very close to the apartment. Contact us for anything.

Iz vile se pruža pogled na Velebit, zelenilo šume, a iz dvije sobe vidi se i more. Prikladna je za boravak tijekom cijele godine s obzirom da ima unutarnji bazen, saunu i "whirlpool".

Vila je klimatizirana u cijelosti, svih 5 spavaćih soba te dnevni boravak imaju vlastiti klima uređaj (ukupno 6). Gostima su na raspolaganju i stanice za punjenje električnih vozila.

Kljub osrednji lokaciji je hiša v mirnem predelu, le 3 minute hoje od plaže. Obdana z zelenjem je idealna za skupine do 9 oseb, družine in prijatelje (tudi z manjšimi hišnimi ljubljenčki). Ponuja čudovit pogled na morje, ogrevan jacuzzi, vrt z žarom, pokrito teraso in zunanjo kuhinjo. Na voljo so viseča mreža, ležalniki, otroška oprema, Wi-Fi, pametni TV, klima v vseh prostorih, biljard, pikado in delovni kotiček. Vključeni sta tudi dve zasebni parkirni mesti.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
