There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

During the summer the Semaphore Carnival is also on at the foreshore. Its two-level interior includes an open light filled living dining area which adjoins the modern kitchen that comes well equipped with ample cupboards and gas cooktop & oven. The upper level includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and balcony.
