This Maltese sandstone house is more than 500 years old and dates back to the time of the Knights of St John. It was once the centrepiece of a palazzo. It is characterized by the majestic staircase with marble stairs that extend from the entrance door to the upper floors. Thanks to an internal courtyard with a skylight, the house is flooded with light. The interior was completely renovated during a 2 year conversion which took into account the Maltese characteristics & historical features.

Located very centrally in Senglea (Isla), one of the “3 Cities”, this 100 m2 apartment has two bedrooms with ensuite, each with either queen sized or two single beds. My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

Original Maltese townhouse in the heart of the historic centre of Cospicua. The property has been renovated to the highest of standards by a local interior designer with all the original features retained. The studio is set in a quiet pedestrian alley minutes away from the sea front promenade, bars and restaurants, museums, bus routes, the historical cities of Birgu and Senglea and is only a 5 minute ferry ride to the capital city of Valletta.

Three Cities | Bastion Seaview Studio

This is my home in Malta! A small apartment (which I intended to live in) on the bastions along Senglea. The place is dominated by the sea view onto the Marsa / Floriana / Valletta part of the grand harbor. It’s an exciting view with lots of ships coming in and out. At night the mouth of the harbor area in the distance glows warmly. The studio is bright, colorful and I look forward to welcoming you there!
