Located in Dunlap and the Sequatchie Valley and home of the Tennessee Tree Toppers Parasailing site. See them jump from your deck and if the winds are right, they land in the pasture next door. About 40minutes north of Chattanooga. 9.5miles from the Tennessee Tree Toppers jump site. Studio apartment located separate from main house with private entrance. Bathroom. Nestled deep in the woods and surrounded by trees and birdsong, this peaceful retreat is the perfect escape from everyday life—yet only 35 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Step outside and you’ll hear the gentle flow of the creek just steps away. Sip your morning coffee on the porch, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or simply enjoy the quiet serenity of the forest. This cabin was made for slowing down.

Mini Rock Fortress w/65" TV & Large Shower

Breathe in some fresh mountain air with a starry night view in this private tiny cottage on Signal Mountain. Nice 65" flat screen TV in bedroom & large tile shower in bathroom. Bathroom is a shared bathroom 30 ft down walkway (see photos) from the fortress. Check in is anytime after 5 has digital code entry. Ceilings in the fortress are lower than 7 ft and is 260 sq ft large. The mudroom/bathroom has high ceilings & is 110 sq ft so combined it's 370 sq ft. Open backyard for pets.

Unplug & unwind in a small cabin in a rural setting near our other guest house, minutes from stores & area attractions ie state parks, the 127 yard sale and hang gliding. Please note there’s no Wi-Fi or cable tv at this time but we provide a tv/DVD player and DVDs. Pine ceiling & tiled shower - bear in mind that the water heater is also tiny to fit the space (5 gallons). A twin size air mattress is available upon request. 240 sq ft - kitchenette, a bathroom & full size bed.

This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and board games. Fur babies are welcome, though please read through all the rules regarding pets. Please note there is a pet fee. Special note: the house will be decorated for the holiday season!
