At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

Estancias no turísticas (visitas familiares, bodas, eventos deportivos o consultas médicas).

I refit it in 2018 into a small room. The bathroom is outside of the bedroom and the full kitchen is under a terrace with an open and beautiful view to the countryside and a small garden. It is ideal for lovers of nature, animals lovers, couples or/and a strategic point for cyclists.

Beautiful one bedroom parterre flat with own entrance and little garden. The house is located in Genova which is an emblematic area with a village like feel in Palma. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.
