A mix between the modern and the typical, with a balcony that embraces Largo da Fonte Nova and overlooks the São Filipe Castle.

Está muito bem localizado perto de comércio e serviços, rápido acesso a transportes públicos e supermercados, acesso às autoestradas, também fica perto das adegas José Maria da Fonseca e Bacalhôa.

in the historical center of town, only 400 meters from the beautiful beaches of Setubal and 130 meters from the main avenue in town, where you have restaurants, bars, cafes etc. a room with a shared bathroom in a private floor. a fully equipped kitchen can be used with extra charge. Timmy, my beautiful cat, lives in the house with me. my place has 2 floors, i stay in the bottom floor and the upper floor is dedicated for my guests.
