The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

It is located in the heart of Old Town and a short 3 block walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, music venues, grocery. Under 1 mile to CSU and a short bike ride to Canvas stadium. Less than 5 miles to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park.

Downtown Guesthouse #1

Cozy little guesthouse in downtown Loveland. Wide selection of restaurants, bars/breweries, boutiques, & live music all within a mile. Located downtown near busy streets and a train track, so expect some road noise and whistles. Also, being downtown we do have a houseless population. Have not had any issues thus far, but we want guests to be aware of them. Great driving proximity to fun CO things (~45 mins to Estes Park/RMNP).
