LOFT ART SUITE is an apartment designed by a Sevillian artist who has sought not only design but also tranquility, spaciousness and comfort to make the apartment an ideal place to get to know Seville. This is an apartment that we have designed especially for couples who want to immerse themselves in the authentic Seville and enjoy some works by a Sevillian artist. Located on the ground floor of a building that is reached via a pedestrian street in the Encarnación neighbourhood, it has a direct entrance from the street, so there is no need to enter from inside the building. Being on a pedestrian street is a quiet place without the annoying traffic on the streets. It has a large window, but being a narrow pedestrian street and being on the ground floor, the luminosity is not one of the qualities for which the apartment stands out. Its spaciousness, with more than 50 m² useful, its design, its equipment and the fact that it has a Jacuzzi suitable for two people do deserve the qualification of outstanding qualities. The apartment has been completely renovated and decorated seeking to make this apartment the ideal place for a romantic getaway with your partner. This is a LOFT-type apartment, where the continuity of the space and the breaks and permeable elements configure the different spaces without there being doors that separate them except for a small storage room for cleaning products and the electric heater. In the area near the entrance, the Living Room Kitchen has been arranged, where everything is at hand and the space revolves around the sofa. The kitchen has been equipped with great care and with everything necessary to make the stay easier (washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, ...). The sofa is a sofa bed for up to two people that opens very easily. We have prepared a table for 4 people together so that breakfasts and meals are more comfortable and very pleasant. The television is a Smart TV and has free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The hot and cold air conditioning system is centralized, air conditioning both the living room and the rest of the LOFT ART SUITE. Finally, we have prepared a small work table with a monitor so that you can connect your laptop. The bedroom has a comfortable and spacious double bed (180 x 200) and a jacuzzi for two people. For more comfortable showers we have also provided a separate shower curtain. The toilet is separate from the rest of the room. We have prepared our LOFT to make your stay in Seville an unforgettable experience. This spacious, quiet and modern LOFT is equipped with everything you need to make your stay here fantastic. Upon arrival you will find the bed made up, a shower towel and a hand towel per guest and in the bathroom a hand towel and a shower mat. In the bathroom we will leave complimentary hygiene products, such as some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find complimentary products in the kitchen, such as some coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. These products are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay. We will also leave various cleaning products (washing machine soap is excluded). All these bed and bath linens and amenities will not be replaced as we do not have daily room service, so we cannot take care of replenishing products or cleaning the apartment daily or changing bed and bath linens. For stays of 8 nights or more, we will leave an extra set of sheets per bed and an additional set of towels per guest at no cost. During your stay you can request the services of Apartment Cleaning, Periodic Cleaning for longer stays, bed linen and towel change service, additional towels, childcare service, home medical care service or PCR test service approved for air travel as well as an airport transfer. All these services have an additional cost. We love to do this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and having pets staying in it. Parties and noise during quiet hours (11pm to 8am and 2pm to 5pm) are strictly prohibited. Please deposit the rubbish you have generated before leaving on the day of departure in the street containers. We have provided different containers in the apartment so that you can recycle. Make rational use of the air conditioning. Use it only when you are in the apartment and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we be helping the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it. The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the apartment. If you do a load of laundry, we ask that you hang it inside the apartment. The default option is to enter the apartment with a code. This option is always free at any time but requires you to fill out the guest registration information. Another option is to request a face-to-face key delivery and a member of our reception team will wait for you at the apartment. This option is available and is free between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. but must be expressly requested. Outside these hours this face-to-face option costs €40.00. Early Check in / Late Check out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If on the day of your arrival in Seville you want to check in before the time set for the delivery of the keys (15.00) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you an early check in for a small supplement of €30.00 for check-in before 14.00. On the other hand, if on the day of your departure you need to make a late check out (after 11.00 am) we can offer you the Late Check out service, ONLY if there is availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for check-outs after 12.00, although the maximum time of stay in the apartment is 18.00.

Undoubtedly, the most spectacular feature of the entire accommodation is its wonderful private terrace equipped with a coffee table, several armchairs, six sun loungers, and a spectacular private jacuzzi where you can relax and cool off on hot days. This apartment not only offers luxury accommodation that few can enjoy but also a unique cultural experience. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the room is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery.
