One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Biohof-Maurer mit guten Aussichten

Unser Bauernhof liegt auf 1175 m Meereshöhe, 15 Gehminuten oberhalb des Südtiroler Sonnendorfes Lajen. Wiesen und Wald umgeben unser Haus. Sie können wieder bewusst die Natur erleben, den Vogelstimmen lauschen und die saubere Luft atmen. Die artgerechte Tierhaltung zeichnet unseren Biohof aus. Im sonnenverwöhnten Dorf Lajen nur 500m von unserem Hof entfernt finden sie 2 Kirchen, 3 Gasthöfe, 1 Pizzeria, 2Geschäfte, 1Bäcker, 1Metzger, 1Apotheke, 1Bank.

Spazioso appartamento a Gera, Val Comelico, con vista sulle Tre Terze e sul gruppo del Popera. Offre 2 camere matrimoniali con letto singolo in aggiunta, 2 bagni, salotto con stufa a legna e cucina completa. A pochi minuti da Tre Cime di Lavaredo (UNESCO), sentieri della Grande Guerra, impianti sciistici di Sappada, Padola e Sesto, saune e piscine di Sesto e San Candido, e il Lago di Braies. Perfetto per famiglie e amanti della natura.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

The Essence apartment is an open space with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, and a veranda overlooking the house's garden. The wooden floor and the wood stove in the center of the living area convey the warmth of the environment. A cozy and intimate atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

Relax in this quiet space in a central location. Flat located on the 2nd floor of a historic house dating from 1425, 80 meters from Piazza Città.
