Situated in a leafy crescent in up-market Merchiston this modern house has all the facilities of Bruntsfield and Morningside on the doorstep yet is only a short bus ride or scenic walk into the centre. Only 15 mins walk from Haymarket Station The garden backs onto the Edinburgh canal and it's only a 30 mins walk into the centre of Edinburgh. There are also many buses that pass close by, connecting you to old/new town Edinburgh. Lovely shops, cafes and pubs are all within a few minutes walk. A great place from which to explore the city and the Edinburgh Festival!

Perfect for enjoying all that Edinburgh offers, but with the peace and quiet of a rural location. Own transport is recommended but public transport is nearby so leaving the car and hopping a bus/tram into town is easy. Guests staying without own transport are likely best to rely on local taxi services of which there are several including UBER. Plenty countryside walking available also.
