In summertime ride your bike down to the lake for a swim or bring a canoe with you to explore the bays & waterfalls the lake has to offer.

Welcome to our coastal oasis in Hawley Beach. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac our newly renovated one-bedroom studio apartment is the perfect couple retreat. There are no shared walls with the main house. Private access & room to park your caravan adds to your convenience. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Portsea Cottage

Our light-filled cottage is situated in a quiet street a short stroll to beaches, and local amenities. It is a 15 minute drive to the Devonport airport and a 5 minute drive to the local shopping precinct. Our peaceful cottage has two large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed which can also be configured as twin singles upon request. Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed. Detached from the house is a bungalow which also contains a queen size bed and has its own sitting area and toilet.
