Surrounded by beautiful grounds and historic outhouses, located 1.5k from Tramore beach which stretches almost 7k (behind St Patrick’s Links, Roasapenna Golf Course). Other nearby attractions include the Boardwalk Resort (1k), the famous Glen Bar & Restaurant (3k), Doe Castle (4k), Ards Friary, Marble Hill & Dunfanaghy (14k).

Less than 5 minutes from Downings beach, the Harbour Bar, Fisk Seafood Bar, Olde Glen Bar(Mitchelin Guide Mention) 10 mins to Carrigart horse-riding. 20 mins to the Shandon spa. 30 mins to Glenveagh National Park. Fully equipped spacious kitchen and openplan living area with stove leading to sunroom. 3 large bedrooms with built-in storage. STRICTLY NO PETS.

For the more active it is a surfers paradise with kayaking, cycling and climbing all on the doorstep. An ideal spot for exploring Donegal.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.

Unique and peaceful, family- and pet-friendly beach house surrounded by nature. Sleeps x6 in 3 bedrooms. Only 10 minutes walk to the nearest shore. Walking distance (20 minutes) to Dooey beach, where you can book the private Dooey beach sauna, Surf or Stand Up Paddleboard lessons. Short drive to Lettermacaward village with 2 shops, pubs incl. food, live music and traditional Irish music sessions.
