The Hayloft at Bainton - 2 bedroom cottage.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station and bus station are close by. The Accommodation is upstairs with its own private entrance, no lift. Small outdoor seating area in pretty courtyard. Super king bed or 2 single beds.

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Relax in this calm, stylish space. Pocklington is a lovely market town outside of York. This is my part-time home so, there's everything you need, including games, kitchen essentials, a comfy king size bed & 2 parking spaces. The cosy living room has a large dining table and a double comfy sofa bed. Perfect if you like a bold, colourful and clean place to stay. * This ground floor flat is not suited for most people with mobility issues. There is a sofa bed & the main bed is on a platform.

The Studio is a contemporary, cosy, recently refurbished, stand-alone annexe. It is self-contained and has it's own private entrance. Ideal for a quiet getaway for couples who want the peace of this beautiful village but to have historic York only 4 miles away. The Studio is on the Route 66 cycle path, and you are minutes away from woodland and country walks of outstanding beauty. The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.
