Ooi House is listed on the Australian Institute of Architects' register of nationally significant architecture, designed by seminal Australian architect Kerry Hill. Located at the end of Margaret Rivers most prestigious street, St Alouarn Pl, you wont find another location like this. The house offers sweeping views onto Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park and the Indian Ocean, 5 minutes to the river and 20 minutes walk to the beach, not to mention your own 2.28ha private land to enjoy.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
