Kangaroo Cottage is an adults only retreat, surrounded by majestic Jarrah trees and wildlife. Guests have a wonderful opportunity to escape the city & immerse themselves in the serenity of the hills. Please be aware that the cottage is located on our family hobby farm & the sounds of our animals are a part of the Kangaroo Cottage experience. Our property is not suitable for pets or children. A light breakfast of croissants & condiments will be provided for the first morning of your stay.

Only an hour from Perth, Mulberry Cabin is the perfect location for that quick getaway to recharge and relax in the country air... Come and take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in the quiet hills of Serpentine. The Cabin is only minutes from nearby attractions like Serpentine Falls and Serpentine Dam, King Road Brewery, Millbrook Winery and the amazing walking and pushbike trails of Jarrahdale. The property boasts free ranging chickens and ducks and Tavish, our highland cow.

Jarrahview Lodge

A lodge with extensive gardens, breath taking city skyline and valley views in the picturesque town on Jarrahdale. Feel the weight lift off your shoulders when you sit outside and hear the birds amongst the tree tops. Have a relaxing drink in the pool whilst taking in the views, or stroll around the arid rock gardens around the house. There are numerous areas for relaxation around the property. Featuring a modern bathroom and kitchen, this property has it all for a luxury stay away from home.

This beautiful property on the edge of the Darling Scarp offers a spacious stylish home-away-from-home complete with charm and comfort. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views stretching from the city on the horizon and extending to the coast. Close by is the picturesque town of Serpentine and its many local attractions including Serpentine Falls and Dam, MillBrook Winery and King’s Brewery. A wonderful spot to relax and unwind complete with stunning views, birdsong and sheep peacefully grazing.

Rustic bush retreat

The large shed at the back of our property has been converted into a rustic and spacious living area, including a private bedroom and bathroom. On-site recording studio (Brillysh Studios) also available for hire. The property is walking distance to Jarrahdale tavern, two local cafes, Milbrook Winery and popular hiking and riding trails. Enjoy a dip at the various waterfalls along the serpentine river either by hike or 15 min drive to the main falls for a swim & selfie with a friendly Roo.

Oakford Family Farm Stay

Come unwind and interact with nature. A modern 2 bed, 2 bath house on a 5 acre farm, located in Oakford (25 mins from Perth city). Enjoy the tranquility of rurality but the convenience of being close to shops and amenities. Come hand feed the alpacas, sheep, chickens and ducks. Each booking will get a free container of animal feed daily. Pick eggs from the hens. All bookings include bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances. BYO food and drinks. Let your kids connect and enjoy nature.

Oakford Country Oasis - Adult only Retreat.

Forget your worries in this serene space. The Adults Only Oakford Oasis is the best of both worlds with its private rural location in close proximity to Perth CBD, Perth airport, beaches, walking trails, and much more. Our property is not suitable for pets or child Enjoy the private studio separate from the main dwelling. The studio is semi self contained with a private bathroom and courtyard. Guests have access to Pool area, BBQ, outdoor fire pit, and walking trail.

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

Relaxing home in Whitby

This is my cosy place tucked away in the suburb of Whitby. It is close to all things nature if you are here to explore the Serpentine-Jarrahdale region. If you are here for a stopover, or travelling for work please do settle in! I am offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, a spacious living area and a fully equipped laundry, with fast wifi. Close to the local IGA, and a short drive to Byford shops and train station with easy access to Perth.
