Vila cu zorele este situata in Martinie si ofera unitati de cazare cu acces la curte si gradina.Toate unitatile au zona de relaxare,TV cu ecran plat si baie privata cu dus + articole de toaleta gratuite.Unele unitati au bucatarie cu masina de spalat vase,cuptor si cuptor cu microunde.Proprietatea serveste mic dejun continental.Gazda ofera facilitati de gratar,teren de tenis,volei sau alte sporturi.Oaspetii au la dispozitie o terasa si pot schia in apropiere. La jumatatea distantei intre Sibiu si Brasov, in satul Voiovdeni se afla Casa din gradina. Amenajata in stil modern, desi se afla intr-o zona rurala, impreuna cu gradina generoasa ofera turistilor o experienta unica. Pensiunea ofera Wi-fi, aer conditionat, bucatarie complet utilata (esspresor, masina spalat vase, etc) smart-tv, Netflix. Terasa amenajata cu gratar si bar, loc de luat masa, piscina incalzita (sezon) jacuzzi și saună (contra cost), curte spațioasă, parcare.

Unitatea de cazare pe care o găzduim este noua, finalizată la sfârșitul anului 2022 și este formată din 6 dormitoare, 2 dintre ele cu baie proprie și o baie comună pentru restul oaspeților. Piscina funcționează în intervalul 1MAI-1OCTOMBRIE, este încălzită cu ajutorul unei pompe de căldură, temperatura apei variază între 27-30 grade, în funcție de condițiile meteorologice. Jacuzzi-ul încălzit va permite sa va bucurați de priveliște indiferent de vremea de afara.

Ungefug A Frame Sighișoara, o cabană tip A Frame amplasată în Sighisoara. Accesul la locație se poate face cu ușurință cu mașina, însă există o porțiune de aproximativ 200 de metri de drum neasfaltat. În grădina proprietății, veți găsi o zonă special amenajată pentru relaxare Atentie! De incalzirea apei din ciubar va veti ocupa singuri. Noi vom pregati pentru dumneavoastra apa curata si va vom pune la dispozitie lemne pentru incalzirea apei.

Locația noastră este situată la aproximativ 25 de minute de mers pe jos față de centrul istoric al frumosului oraș Sibiu. Casa dispusă pe trei nivele, se află pe o stradă liniștită, iluminată noaptea. De asemenea puteți servi ceafeaua de dimineața pe terasa din spatele casei unde vă puteți bucura de o atmosferă relaxantă.Tot in spatele casei este gradina cu iarba si un mic iaz cu pesti iar langa este un balansuar din lemn.

Cabana tip A cu mic dejun

Bucură-te de o vizită de neuitat în această locuință unică cu mic dejun inclus .utilizarea saunei sau a ciubarului este contra cost . Turul cu ATV urile se face cu programare prealabilă de preferat cu o zi inainte ( contra cost ) Cabana este dotată cu o mini chicineta cu frigider, cuptor cu microunde , fierbător de apa si veselă . Nu există posibilitatea de a găti sau grătar la aceasta cabană .

Linistea Muntilor Chalet - Lakeside Chalet

This large chalet was build in 2022 with modern finishing and fixtures. It has 3 large bedrooms, each with one queen size bed and view towards the lake or the mountains. There is a open-space kitchen-dining area that features a large family table with views towards the Fagaras Mountains. Upstairs there is a large open space for the kids to enjoy.
