Apartamentul este utilat si dispune de toate facilitatile necesare, precum plita, frgider, microunde, diferite ustensile. Datorita cladirii istorice in care se afla, inaltimea nu este una standard, avand valoarea maxima de 2.3m. The minimum height is 1.6m at the entrance and bathroom.

Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă foarte liniștită, dar și accesibilă, fiind exact la marginea orașului Sibiu. Apartamentul este parte din proprietarea noastră dar cu intrare si curte complet separată. Până în centrul orașului se fac 10 minute. La 5 minute se află Prima Shopping Centre, Kaufland, Jumbo, etc. Atât munții cât și priveliștea orașului aduc o atmosferă calmă și relaxantă locuinței. Apartamentul este potrivit pentru familii/grupuri de maxim 6 persoane.
