The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

A lovely family home near Sidmouth beach overlooking a park with peaceful surroundings, perfect for a family of 4 but can sleep up to 6. 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 smaller, a modern large bathroom, new kitchen with everything you need. The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

The apartment is spacious and light; a perfect place to relax and watch the world go by after exploring all that Sidmouth has to offer. You'll find a lounge and dining area with wonderful views out to the sea, a balcony, two large bedrooms with comfy beds, a modern bathroom and a fantastic, newly fitted kitchen.

Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront
