Formally a secret famous recording studio for pop-rock bands, it was known as “The Hearst”. World famous records by the Killers were made here, “Hot fuss” and “Sawdust”. The first room, (now bedroom) was the control room with recording equipment and the second room (now tub room) was where the musicians played. Welcome pets for a fee if $35/per pet -per night.

The bed is a very pricey plush Sealy King that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Each room has a private outdoor entrance, this room has a queen bed, private bathroom with either a tub or shower (please message or call us if you wish to specify if you prefer one over the other, we cannot guarantee availability of your preference so please check with us). It also includes some shared spaces, including the kitchen, community room, and outdoor spaces.
