Kavos is a familiar beachfront property with a pool, a snack bar & a yoga area added this year for our guests! The house includes 2 separated bedrooms, living-room area with 2 sofa-beds, kitchen with large table, 2 bathrooms with shower , a/c, tv & large patios around with a sofa, sunchairs & amazing sea views across Crisopigi, Faros, Fasolou & the islands on the south of Sifnos! The beach is 1 minutes on foot from the house! We also offer free wifi access, parking area and every day cleaning.

Our newly built independent residence has all the modern comforts and luxurious services that ensure our guests can have quality holidays. At our facilities, tradition blends with the modern trends of architecture and creates a functional and romantic villa that leaves unforgettable memories to every visitor. Αυτοτελής κατοικίας, σε μία μοναδική τοποθεσία! Πάνω ακριβώς στη θάλασσα. Η LOUMIDIS HOUSES είναι ισόγεια κατοικία με θέα που κόβει την ανάσα. Φιλοξενεί εώς και 4 άτομα και διαθέτει μία υπέροχη βεράντα, ιδανική για χαλάρωση. Διαθέτουμε φάρμα με πολλά ζώα, την οποία μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε και να δοκιμάσετε παραδοσιακά τυριά παραγωγής μας. Επίσης διαθέτουμε κι ένα μεγάλο περιβόλι απ΄το οποίο μπορείτε να μαζέψετε ό,τι φρούτα και λαχανικά έχει κάθε εποχή. Όλα αυτά εντελώς δωρεάν.

Thalassa SeaHouse

Για να φτάσετε στο κατάλυμά μας δεν θα χρειαστεί να διανύσετε πάνω από 300 μέτρα από το σημείο που αποβιβαστήκατε. Θα το βρείτε στα δεξιά σας σε μία διώροφη κατοικία, στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της παραλίας των Καμαρών. Με την αίσθηση ότι απο το μπαλκόνι σας σχεδόν βουτάτε στη θάλασσα ανεβαίνετε τα γραφικά σκαλιά που σας οδηγούν στο εσωτερικό του χώρου. Ένας χώρος προσεγμένος, φωτεινός που θα αποτελέσει το σημείο αναφοράς σας για τις επόμενες μέρες.

Our brand new accommodation is located 30 m from the sea, in Seralia, Sifnos. Going down a few steps of a paved path of the area, you will find the Egremnos Luxury House in a magnificent and rocky natural cove of the island. Our house is 38 m2, fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace with a standing sea view. Take a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

Niokratis

This lovingly restored traditional Sifnos house is a tranquil gateway a stone throws away from the centre of Artemonas (450m) and a kilometre away from the centre of Apollonia. On the outskirts of the St Luke's settlement it has uninterrupted views of the fields as well as the sea on the side. Giving you the opportunity to sit and relax in the garden while still making it easy to explore Sifnos.  

SeraliaSeaSide

The small house is located in Seralia (Castro) only 20m from a beach. It has been recently renovated in a traditional style. Simple, beautiful, and functional, it is a compact 25 m² space featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. From the parking area, there are stairs leading down to the house.

Chalakia House | Cycladic Home with Pool

Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island. Enjoy tranquility on the lovely terraces, and relax by the beautiful shared swimming pool with a magical view (shared with Chalakia House 2). Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.
