One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale, dotato di zona giorno con ampio divano letto e smart tv, tavolo da pranzo, cucina attrezzata con tutti i principali elettrodomestici compresi forno e lavastoviglie. l punti di forza dell’appartamento sono lo spazioso balcone rivolto a est con vista su Santa Maddalena, per godersi il sole del mattino davanti a una bella colazione, e la nuovissima sauna privata in legno di cirmolo.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und sonnigen Lage nahe an der italienischen Staatsgrenze, umgeben von einer atemberaubenden Natur in der herrlichen Bergwelt. Lassen auch Sie sich von der einzigartigen Bergwelt der Dolomiten von duftenden Almwiesen und klarem Bergquell Wasser verzaubern und verbringen einen erholsamen Urlaub im Osttiroler Pustertal und Umgebung. Der schönste, attraktivste Drauradweg führt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Binderhofes vorbei.

Lotus Residence

Unser ganz aus Holz gebautes Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Sillian, es ist sehr ruhig und sonnig gelegen und nur einige Minuten vom Dorfzentrum entfernt. Das gemütliche Apartment (ca. 110 qm groß) mit viel Atmosphäre ist im Parterre mit privatem Zugang zu Terrasse und Garten. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer und die große Wohnküche haben beide einen Holzofen und große Fenster mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Bio-Garten und die umliegende Bergwelt.
