Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Oswin Roberts Cottage is situated in the nature park of Phillip island. High on a hill with stunning panoramic views of Rhyll inlet. Immerse your self in nature as you enjoy a glass of wine in front of the open fire indoor or out door fire pit. Oswin Roberts cottage is the only property on Phillip island with the proximity to the nature park. As night falls watch the majestic bird life and colours change over the Rhyll inlet, and watch wallabies come up to feed. The whole property is yours !!!

Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & pool

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Located at 22 Silverleaves Avenue, Silverleaves Cowes, follow road onto the Silverleaves General Store Silverleaves Beach house is a lovely family friendly house located across the road from a north facing beach. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.

Twin Palms Island Getaway

Twin Palms offers an easy and relaxed family beach holiday, just pack the car, kids and dog and move straight in to home away from home. It is located 500m from Surfies Point, a perfect beach, with gentle waves for boogie boards, and bigger waves out the back for the more experienced surfers. Take the dog for a walk at sunset and just enjoy. Sunderland Bay is between Surf Beach and Smith Beach, and the Grand Prix track is 5kms down the road.
