There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

The balcony is enclosed with a glass sliding door, so you can sit and enjoy the view irrespective of the weather. Close enough to beaches, restaurants, shops, harbor, penguins, hikes, tidal pools, Cape Point, Kalk bay, Muizenberg & much more. (Not suitable for loud parties, we are in a complex & must consider our neighbors)

Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain.

This new studio apartment is situated in the quiet exclusive suburb of Cairnside Simon's Town and enjoys stunning views over False Bay. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-plate stove with mini oven, along with a combination microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (pods included). It is a perfect haven for a short escape, longer-term retreat or the ideal “Work-from-Home” location.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Primaview is situated in beautiful Camps Bay, Cape Town. Offering comfortable accommodation, alongside an inviting pool and surrounded by panoramic views of mountains and sea. Camps Bay is a scenic residential area, close to the city, as well as the famous Clifton Beaches. There are shops and popular restaurants along the Camps Bay Promenade. The Table Mountain Cable Way is a few minutes drive away. Access to nearby hiking trails are within a few minutes walk.

Our guest suite is small (6m X 2m), but offers everything you need, plus a view of the sea: wi-fi, a comfortable double bed, the means to make breakfast, place to eat or check emails – and privacy from the main house. It has a separate entrance and a private bathroom. A small garden for your exclusive use offers a table, chairs and Weber.
