This basement apartment offers a separate entrance allowing complete privacy. This space provides tons of natural light. Apartment is located close (less than a mile!) to Dordt University and has a public park and basketball court in the backyard. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
