Inside the housing residence, there is a playground and a basketball court. The walking distance to the beach is 300m and 800m to the city center.

Μπροστά στην οικία είναι η πισίνα και στην πίσω αυλή υπάρχουν 2 μπάρμπεκιου και δύο τραπεζαρίες για όλους τους ενοίκους. Ή ιδιοκτήτρια είναι φιλική και χαίρεται την συντροφιά των φιλοξενούμενων της όταν και εκείνοι έχουν τη διάθεση της συναναστροφης.
