Situated in the hills above Skiathos town with fantastic views out over the Aegean. Only 5 minutes by car to Skiathos town. Μόλις 5' από την κεντρική αγορά και το λιμάνι της Σκοπέλου,πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια,καφετέριες και μπαρ,αποτελεί ιδανικό τόπο διαμονής για τους επισκέπτες που θέλουν να μετακινηθούν μέσα στην χώρα του νησιού με τα πόδια ή με δίκυκλο!

Χαλαρώστε στη σουίτα μας που βρίσκεται στην πιο αρχαία και παραδοσιακή γειτονιά της Σκοπέλου στη περιοχή του Χριστού!!Εδω θα ακούσετε μόνο τους ήχους των ντόπιων καθώς δεν κυκλοφορούν οχήματα!!Η πρόσβαση γίνετε από τον Μύλο όπου υπάρχει ελεύθερος χώρος για να παρκάρουμε!!Απο εκεί κατεβαίνουμε πολύ λιγο.Επισης ενας δευτερος δρομο πολύ κοντινος για το κέντρο είναι το πηγαδάκι!!!Ειμαστε ακριβώς στη καρδιά της παλιάς χώρας!! Θα ενθουσιαστείτε με το γεγονος οτι τα σκουπιδια συλλεγονται με αλογο !!

POOL Villa Mavraki (5 min to Mamma Mia church)

The highlights of pool Villa Mavraki are : ● The constant refreshing sea breeze from the North, allowing you to stay cool in the heat with the windows open to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. ● The proximity to Agios Ioannis beach and small church on the cliff, where romantic "Mamma Mia!" movie was filmed. ● The three full bathrooms (two of them en suite), providing comfort and privacy on your vacation. ● Weddings and other events are allowed - prior to reservation please let us know details.

A beautiful house (90m² on 2 floors) with a view to the old port. Near comodities (bus station, shops, restaurants...) 3 minutes by walk to the port 5 minutes by walk to the sea; this charming house is perfect if you want to spend holydays with your family or with friends in a greek surrounding. In the yard (25m²) you can have dinners... And on the 1st floor there are one balcony and terrasse (6m²)surrounded by the sun and with a view. When the house is rented, nobody share it with you.

Apartment a bedroom

μόλις 50μ από την παραλία της Μεγάλης Άμμου και 8 μόνο (περίπου) λεπτά (900μέτρα) με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες με ζωντανή μουσική, fast-food, σούπερ μάρκετ, μπαρ καθώς και εκμισθώσεις αυτοκινήτων και μηχανών. 70μ περίπου από το συγκρότημα, υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση στη στάση 5 μεγάλη άμμος με δρομολόγια προς όλες τις παραλίες της Σκιάθου καθώς και η πρόσβαση τους προς το λιμάνι, καθ΄όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας (ανά 10 λεπτά).

Our apartments accommodating 4 persons comprise of 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds, fully fitted and equipped kitchen including a washing machine for your convenience. Each apartment has a private balcony, air conditioning, smart TV, WI-FI, a safety deposit box and secure private parking. Situated perfectly for ease for exploring our island. Dajon is a 10 minute leisurely stroll to the main hub of Papadiamantis street.

A stylishly remodelled village house, situated in the heart of Skopelos Town. This bright, spacious property boasts a roof terrace with panoramic views of the village, Palouki mountain, the port and Alonnissos island. The house is set among lively alleys teeming with shops, cafés, bars, bakeries and restaurants. The port with its tavernas, cafés and lively, yet sedate, nightlife is only a stone's throw away.
