Borea Rooms is a peaceful accommodation with kitchenette in village Budanje, in the heart of Vipava Valley. Just minutes away from Ajdovščina and Vipava. Budanje is an excellent starting point for hiking, bike trips (e-bike rental available), landing point for paragliders. Guests can rent four mountain bikes (free of charge). Additional payment: Tourist tax 2,50 € / person / day is payable at check-in. For children up to 7 years old is free. For children from 7 to 18 years old is 1,25 € / day.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a TV with international channels, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and a first aid kit. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, an electric radiator, and essential amenities. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and pleated blinds. Towels and bed linen are also provided. The apartment offers additional items to enhance your stay and provide comfort, but we’ll leave those as a surprise.

The apartment located in the new build house with a large terrace is designed for families with small children. The apartment is large, open, and includes a baby chair, baby cot, sackcloth, etc.   Guests traveling without children also feel comfortable in the apartment. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that offers the possibility of relaxation.

My place is close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love it because of the neighborhood, the ambiance, the location, the outdoors space, and the people. Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.
