On the south side, it borders meadows offering views of the Kranjska Gora ski slopes, the FIS slope Podkoren, the village of Kranjska Gora and the Julian Alps. It is 1.2 km from the FIS slope Podkoren and 1.5 km from the Kranjska Gora ski slopes . It provides an excellent starting point for skiing, hiking, cycling and mountaineering. The location is also great for visiting Italy (Triest 15 km, Venice 160 km), the caves (Škocjanske – 30 km, Postonjske – 50 km), the capital Ljubljana (100 km) and Croatia (25 km).

It includes a double bed in a main room and as well shower and toilet room. There is an oven and dining table available for barbecue in front of the suite. A big pool with heated water can be used by guests in the summer season. Finnish sauna can be used with extra charge. Pets are welcome.
