New 1 bed annex flat accommodation with no communal area shared by others, located in a peaceful place where you can spend a nice time before or after your journey. We provide 43” smart TV (Netflix), free superfast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle. We provide a single sofa bed which can be converted into a single bed on request. Check-in: self check in with the lockbox located on the right side of the wall once you enter the side gate.

Woodland Retreat

Woodland cabin set on the edge of ancient woods, via a woodland trail, skirting around 5 acres of natural woodland. Secluded but not completely off the beaten track. If you want street lighting and made up pathways this is not for you! This is the ideal getaway for some country magic, away from the hubbub of city life. You will need wellies/walking boots and enjoy an adventure. Summertime gives you tranquil evenings outside by the fire pit; winter months you can snuggle up by the woodburner.

It has it's own separate entrance so you can come and go at any time, own decking with outside sitting area to enjoy a cup of tea outside and has ample secure parking. The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

The annex is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meter with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are only 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.

A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being a short taxi and train journey away. You could even walk there from the house (about 30 minutes). Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance.
