“Boathouse” large cottage on the water Bermuda

This two-storey, one-bedroom, two-bath cottage invites you to swim off the dock or relax in the sun. It has a large private patio to enjoy a cocktail and watch the stunning sunset. The unit can accommodate six guests (Guests over two at an additional per-person, per-day charge). The Upstairs Bedroom has two queen beds. Downstairs, a full kitchen, a comfy living/dining area, and a bathroom. The kitchen leads to outdoor dining. The living area has a queen pull-out couch where two guests can sleep.

You can hear the waves crashing against the shore, you hear birds signing and crickets at night." This property is located on a private estate road in Smith's Parish. There are fantastic 180 degree ocean views and great outdoor spaces. Centrally located, minutes from Hamilton, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

Life is frittered away in details. Enter our unit and life will be immediately simplified. This one bedroom unit is quaint and just enough for a couple or 3-4 people to enjoy. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located unit. 3 minutes from the bus stop. 12 mins to the grocery store and 20min walk to John Smiths Bay. Twizzy, 4 wheel bike, can be rented from Current Vehicle's location at The Loren which is a 5 min drive and we can shuttle you there if the car is available.
