Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

U mjestu Brna svakodnevno radi dobro opremljena trgovina Studenac (par minuta hoda). U Brni možete iznajmiti brodicu ili motor/skuter. U blizini, u mjestu Smokvica (5 km), su izvrsne kušaonice poznatog vina Pošip. Do grada Korčule je samo 35 minuta s autom, a do Vela Luke 25 minuta.
