We are one of the closest condos to the Stowe Mountain Resort- just a 2 minute drive to the Toll House Base area and 5 minutes to Mt Mansfield and Spruce Peak with oodles of fun activities through Stowe and the surrounding area. Many fantastic restaurants located within a few minutes drive. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars.

The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

Our Cozy Condo is Ski-in Ski-out in the Nordland Building on the slopes at Smugglers Notch Resort. It is walking distance to the Village! In the warmer months enjoy exquisite hiking trails. The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.
