Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking/Vaping No pets allowed due to host family having pet allergies.

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Come enjoy peaceful country living on our 14-acre mini ranch. The upstairs guest house includes a master suite with a private bathroom, beautiful views of Carmen Valley, large windows for natural light, and vaulted ceilings. Due to large animals and a second-story balcony, this property isn’t suitable for young children. However, non-walking infants may be accepted with prior arrangement at booking. No pets allowed.
