The view of the imposing Sassolungo, the world-famous Sella massif and other mountains of the Dolomites is breathtaking and unique. Our guests can set off from right in front of the house, either on foot, or on the bus for free that takes you from just outside the house to the nearby ski lifts in 5 minutes.

The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. In der Mühle

Unser kleines romantisches Mühlenzimmer liegt inmitten von Gärten, Apfelwiesen und Weingärten. Die Mühle befindet sich auf unserem Hof, direkt neben einem kleinen Bach - Erholung mitten im Grünen. Wenn die Nächte ab Oktober wieder kühler werden kann man sich auch in unserer gemütlichen Bauernstube am Kachelofen aufwärmen bevor man sich in der Mühle unter der kuscheligen Decke verkriecht.
