A ház a Mecsek ölelésében, Pécs gyönyörű, donátusi részében helyezkedik el. Tökéletes, nyugodt elvonulóhely kettőtöknek. A ház tágas tereiben és a pazar panorámájában igazi pihenés vár. A belváros közel, annak minden lehetőségével mégis elég távol, hogy csöndes helyre tudjatok elvonulni. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Seestrände und ein Golfplatz. Direkt vom Haus aus gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten Wander- und Fahrradtouren durch das pittoreske Balaton-Hochland zu unternehmen. Machen sie Rast in einem Weingut und geniessen sie bei einem Glas Wein und einer ungarischen Mahlzeit den wunderbaren Blick über das ungarische Meer.

Relax in the Zselic hills in a special 67 sqm two-bedroom plus living room apartment with a huge 70 sqm roof terrace. Quality bed mattresses for a restful night's sleep and motorised shutters for total peace of mind. Terrace with sun loungers, hammock and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and induction stovetop. Free covered and closed parking on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with all household appliances, air conditioning.

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.

A házban légkondícionáló biztosítja a meleget télen, és a hűtést nyáron. Egy forró lazító fürdő a kirándulás után ideális a kétszemélyes kádban.

Az apartmanhoz egy privát jakuzzi, illetve szauna tartozik. Szobaszervizünk koktélokkal, vizipipával, és egyéb hűsítőkkel kényezteti vendégeinket. Az ár a reggelit nem tartalmazza, külön kérésre igényelhető. Két elektromos rollerünk biztosítja Keszthelyen a közlekedést.
