Hiša meri 95 m2, v kateri se ne kadi brez hišnih ljubljenčkov , sodobno opremljena s 3 spalnicami , predelanim stanovanjem kopalnica z masažno kadjo in savno. Popolnoma opremljena kuhinja s pomivalnim strojem. Čudovita terasa s pogledom na morje z zunanjega kotnega kavča. 1200 m2 zemljišča 23 km do velikega vodnega parka , osrednjih parkov. 200 metrov do velikega igrišča Hiša ima televizijo, televizijski paket z danskimi in nemškimi kanali, 5G WiFi

Hiša je bila na novo obnovljena leta 2025. Moje prenočišče se nahaja v bližini najboljše otrokom prijazne plaže na območju. S terase se odpira pogled na fjord Vemmingbund. Hiša se nahaja v mirnem okolju z lepim zasebnim dvoriščem, kjer je dovolj prostora za vso družino. Poleti je prijetno na plaži in na dvorišču, pozimi pa je prijetno ob ognju v peči na drva. Moje prenočišče vam bo všeč zaradi okolice in zunanjega prostora. Moje prenočišče je primerno za pare, poslovne potnike in družine (z otroki).

Okoli 500m stran je majhno počitniško naselje s približno 25 hišami, 500m v drugi smeri je kamp, kjer lahko zjutraj naročite svež kruh. Obsežna naravna plaža je oddaljena približno 200 m. V majhnem pasu lahko plavate in ribarite zelo dobro. V kampu je na voljo sistem zdrsa za čolne. Nepremičnina je popolnoma ograjena.
