L'abitazione è stata recentemente ristrutturata; l'ambiente è semplice e accogliente, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno: stoviglie, macchina del caffè con capsule, bollitore elettrico per tè e tisane, colazione e kit da bagno, connessione internet e tv. Non è possibile arrivare con la macchina fino alla casa, bisogna camminare circa 100 MT!

We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
