Artful light-filled compact urban space that opens onto a large cedar screened porch. Includes comfy natural mattress, wood furniture, soaking tub (with hand held shower), and bath salts. Walkable to Zilker Park/Barton Springs. Perfect for solos, romantic for couples. PLEASE NOTE: 1. House next door is under construction. Best for those exploring during the day to avoid noise. 2. The porch and casita are shoe-less. 3. A cat sometimes lazes on the porch 4. Bikes and scooters are rentable nearby

SoCo Love Loft

New guest house built in back of main house accessible by the back alley. Close to South Congress shopping area. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

The SoCo (South Congress) Cottage Collection 3 is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, one block off South Congress. It is free standing studio (no shared walls), boasting a comfortable queen bed, small kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV w/ Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi, a full (nicely updated!) bathroom, and your own private front door entry with a keypad. The space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed, and is an excellent place to call home while you're in town!

Welcome to a serene piece of the country right in Southwest Austin! This private (detached) apartment is a little piece of heaven with it's own private yard where you can enjoy the sounds of nature, birdwatch and sometimes even catch a glimpse of the neighborhood herd of deer. This is an ideal location - just 15 minutes into Austin proper and an easy daytrip to the beautiful Texas hill country. Come for time in Austin or make it a home base as you explore the hill country!

Our backyard guesthouse is located in a friendly, funky, and quiet neighborhood. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle but only 12 min to Downtown and East Austin. Trendy neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Less than 2 miles from St. Elmo Brewery, Austin Winery, and Still Whiskey and food trucks. 3 miles to South Congress! 12 min from the airport and 20 min to COTA. 7 min walk to 4911 Menchaca/Jones bus stop, Line 3. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)
