The SoCo Cottage Collection 4 is a small cottage with a relaxing front porch, just off South Congress, about 3 miles South of downtown Austin. It is set up as a studio apartment with a Queen Bed, and a futon. The kitchen has a mid-sized fridge and non toxic cookware, and each of our cottages come with an Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi and a luggage storage shed. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

Johnson Creek Cabin

The Johnson Creek Cabin is a guest house that sits at the back of same property as my home in the heart of central Austin. The main house is called “Upson House” and is also available for rent through Airbnb. The location is within walking distance of Zilker Park (ACL), many fine restaurants, shopping, downtown, public transportation, and yet is secluded enough to provide an unforgettable experience that includes much of the best of what makes Austin great.
