The home is close to downtown Austin and 6th St, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and food trucks nearby. To Rainey Street & downtown: walk or bike on the hike and bike trail or along popular Holly Street. If you're up for a little adventure, you can get downtown / Congress Bridge by kayak (25 min depending on wind) Ride Sharing: Ride Austin, Fasten, Fare, Wings Bike Rental: Green Frog (weekly, daily); Red Bike stands Bus: #17 bus to the convention center; #22 goes cross town to Mopac Walking distance from Rainey Street, Cesar Chavez, East 6th Street, and just over a mile to downtown & the convention center This is our beautiful, newly built home. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
