Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.

You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

Our Cozy Condo is Ski-in Ski-out in the Nordland Building on the slopes at Smugglers Notch Resort. It is walking distance to the Village! In the warmer months enjoy exquisite hiking trails. The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.

Experience the best of Stowe at this newly-remodeled condo! Expansive mountain views, immaculate decor, and one of the most convenient locations in town will help you get the most from your vacation. There is one restaurant IN THE BUILDING, the chair lifts and the Recreation Center with pools, tennis, & fitness gym are a short 500 yard walk away.
