Direct access to Ridgewood trail & Mickelson trail right out back door. Bring your atvs, snow machines, or bikes!

Come and enjoy our freshly renovated cabin located in the peaceful little town of Lake Preston, SD. We are located right in the heart of pheasant country! Our cabin is a wonderful base for your fishing outings. Lake Whitewood - 3 miles away; Lake Thompson - 4 miles; L. Poinsett - 20 miles; L. Henry- 21 miles; Dry Lake #2 - 27 miles. We have plenty of room for your boat/camper. Laura Ingall's Wilder's home is 9 miles away. Enjoy a very peaceful spot with the amenities of a small town.

The Viewhouse - Hinterwood Inn & Cabins

The Viewhouse sleeps up to 8 people, including children, and is part of Hinterwood Inn & Cabins. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, and a daybed/ trundle in the living room for additional sleeping. Enjoy the full size kitchen and deck with a gas grill. It's centrally located to major attractions with beautiful views. Enjoy privacy and hiking right from the property. It's on two levels which requires use of stairs, but there is an alternative entrance if stairs are an issue.

Spacious 2 Bedroom Guest House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space would also be great for 2 couples. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, 2 large bedrooms and washer/dryer. The space is close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Ride or run around Lake Mitchell. Note: the house is close to the Interstate, so there will be a hum of vehicles, however it's not near the entrance/exit to hear acceleration and deceleration. It's more of a hum of passing vehicles.

This cozy cottage on Richmond Lake is conveniently located 9 miles from Aberdeen. Far away enough to disconnect and close enough to run to town if needed. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Lots of in/out door entertaining space and can sleep up to 10.
