Our cosy Farmhouse Annex provides the perfect country escape for couples, solo travellers, family with a baby or pet parents! The self contained flat is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer. Nestled in the countryside, it’s so peaceful the only sound you’ll hear are the birds chirping to wake you up. Yet we’re just 10 mins from the M42 and close to M6, M1, East Mids & Birmingham Airport so we’re a great place to stop over for work or leisure.

The accommodation is ideal for couples, solo/business travellers as well as families. We are within easy reach of the fantastic Peak District National Park.

With the popular wedding venue (Peak Edge Hotel ) within walking distance and the beautiful market towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Chesterfield (with its famous crooked spire) close by you can easily explore the Peak District from here. Perfect for the Chatsworth Christmas market.

Tea coffee sugar are supplied with fresh milk in the fridge for you to enjoy a drink upon arrival.

The accommodation has been fitted out to impress with well equipped Lounge/Diner Kitchen with Cooker & hob/microwave & fridge freezer, the bedroom has a super king size double bed, and a double size shower/bathroom, also use of a private outside Patio area.

A few years ago, we converted our barn into a light and clean holiday home, ideal for families or a group of friends. Set in the village of Holbrook which has great access to both the city centres of Derby and Nottingham or the beautiful countryside within the Peak District national park. Holbrook also offers a local shop, and two real ale pubs, all within easy walking distance

Secret Hideaway with stunning views.

Perfect for a couple's get away at this stunning location, situated on the cycle path around Carsington water, with stunning views of the reservoir. Lots of walking routes on your doorstep. It is adjoining to Upperfield Farm, a large holiday cottage, that only takes weekend bookings. we accept well-behaved pets with a small £20 pet fee. We have now started offering one breaks.
