Property is located 3 km West of the city center. Only a 12 minute bus ride to city center (refer to google maps for bus routes) It is close to many interesting attractions in Dublin. The Guinness Store House is a 13 minute walk away. Phoenix Park is a 10 minute walk away (free entry) Memorial Gardens only a 3 minute walk (free entry) Kilmainham Goal is a 5 minute walk down the road. The Irish Museum of Modern Art is also a 5 minute walk away (free entry) Inchicore Centre is also nearby.

Guests have access to a shared kitchen and a door code on the front door allows for easy entrance and exit for guests all throughout the day. The Rialto LUAS stop is nearby, passing Heuston train station, Dublin city centre and Connolly train station. The 73 bus stop is directly outside and also goes to Dublin city centre.

Adorable studio accommodation, beautiful location.

Perfect for one person or a couple. Studio 3 is cute, clean and self-contained with a private outdoor space. It is served by excellent public transport (buses are less than 10 minutes walk away). It takes about 40 minutes to the city centre (outside rush-hours). The Dublin's LUAS rail system is also close by. The immediate area is well served by coffee shops, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks and, of course, gastro pubs!

Double Room

Double /Triple room for 2 or 3 people. 1 Double and 1 single bed. Shared Bathroom. The room has a Smart TV connected to Wifi, a small Fridge and a Desk if you need to work. The bus to City center takes 35 monites and runs the whole night (24h) and the bus stop is only 4 minutes from the house. Bus n 15. The Booking gives u access to the room and shared Bathroom only. The other areas of the house remains private.

Large room , en-suite , king-size bed,(150cmx200cmm), private, not connected to main house. Set in a mature garden , south facing, not overlooked, tastefully furnished, linen and towels provided. Tea,(kettle/jug) and coffee maker in the room. Close to Dublin city centre, public transport literally across the road. Several buses take you into the city centre in 10 minutes. LUAS (tram service), is also close by.
