The pod is an idyllic bolthole to escape the rat race, cosy up and read a book with a fresh coffee, cook sausages and toast Marshmallows on the fire in our undercover seating area or go and explore historic neighbouring villages and the city of Bath.

It is an ideal base to explore the Cotswolds, Bath and Bristol and with easy access to the M4/M5 day trips to anywhere in the South West is possible.

This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

Beautiful Cider House Village Getaway Sleeps 4

The Cider House is a spacious and comfortable home opposite the Village Green in Cromhall, near to Wotton-under-Edge on the southern fringe of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The village is conveniently located for the M5, with J14 approx. 10 mins by car, and the A38 a similar distance. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP

A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

Elstar - Self Contained Stable, excellent Location

Elstar is one of 2 petit stables, on our Grade 2 farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Russet, with off street gated parking. Elstar overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas, horses and sheep live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. Old Barn, Dyrham, Nr Bath

Old Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Desk and fast WiFi. A very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Recent renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a new home but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Beautiful upside down cottage in rural location

Light and airy, The Cottage is a converted haybarn built into the gentle slope of the hill. Downstairs there is a sunny double bedroom and a shower room, upstairs a double height open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting/tv area with far ranging views across open fields and a stable door opening out onto the back garden with outside sitting/eating area and mature apple trees. A bridlepath runs outside the window where horses and dogs roam.

The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.
