Farmhouse feel, close to everything in downtown Puyallup! Walking distance to the Fairgrounds, 4 min from Good Samaritan hospital. Visit Pt. Ruston in Tacoma, or quaint downtown Sumner. Very centrally located. Only 40 mins to Seattle! All the comforts of home are here. A king sized bed upstairs with a full couch, smart TV & extra bedding. 2 more bedrooms downstairs. Tons of free parking here. Long driveway & some space on the side for an RV or additional vehicles. Relax out back at the fire pit!

DNT’s cozy retreat

We would like to invite you to stay at our lovely home. It has been 90% renovated inside and out, very clean and located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. There’s plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and shopping malls nearby and we’re only 5 miles from the state fairgrounds. There is a motor home located on site, however it is unoccupied and out of the way. Also there are 2 ring cameras located in the front of the house only for security.

This is the perfect place to have a low key hangout with friends and family while visiting all the sights the Pacific Northwest has to offer! This single story home is 1410 SF with a quarter acre of land for you to stretch out. The large yard is perfect for a BBQ under the shade of our pine trees.
