Cable car,bus stop, famous Banje beach and Old port with boat excursions and highly recommended trip to Island of Lokrum are just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Whole property is available exclusively to the guests staying in the apartment. Noone else will be there during your stay and the host will be available whenever needed. We want to make you feel like home and we are at your disposal at all times, owner mobile phone will be provided for any help or advice regarding your stay 24h a day. This property is in the peaceful, historic center of the Old Town just meters from one of the best family-run restaurants within the city walls. Famous Banje Beach and the old port are both nearby, along with the main street, Stradun. If you need help with your transfer to the apartment from the Airport or main Port let us know, we can arrange that. We provide full service with the transfer company we trust. The driver will meet you at the airport, help with the luggage, drop you off at the nearest entrance to the Old town and our apartment where you will be met by the host.

The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

la Casina é immersa nel verde. Posto ideale per 2 persone che amano la tranquillità. Gli ospiti possono stare nella veranda adiacente, oppure spostarsi nel prato all'ombra del corbezzolo e godere del favoloso panorama. la Casina é su due piani: al piano terra c'è cucina e bagno, al piano superiore camera da letto e bagno di servizio. I due livelli sono uniti da una scala esterna. Panorama ammirabile stando anche comodamente a letto grazie ai finestroni che danno sul paese e sul mare.

Casa sul mare a soli 4 km dal centro di Cefalù ed 1 km da Sant’ Ambrogio. La casa fa parte di un complesso di villette a schiera posizionate a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è tra le più belle ed incontaminate del territorio, caratterizzata da sassi e ghiaia. Il fondale è quasi interamente di sabbia finissima (ma potrebbe cambiare a seconda delle mareggiate) . In poche parole la vera casa sul mare!!!
