The Pineapple Express is a 500 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath home with ocean views, a private NEW HOT TUB (November 2025), tropical decor, and landscaped with tropical foliage. The home is located in Milolii near city of refuge, Punalu’u bakery, South point. Milolii is 35 miles south of Kona and 65 miles north of Volcanoes Natl. Park. Great area for the adventurers. The home is situated in the quiet rural community of Milolii. The nearest amenities are 14 miles south in Ocean View. 600 MBPS WIFI

Charming Rainforest Cottage

Surrounded by orchids and other tropical flowers, the cottage is located on two lovely landscaped acres - 30 minutes from Hilo or Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The property is solar powered, an off-grid sustainable system with 4G phone service and fiber optic wifi. The last two miles are on unpaved gravel road in variable condition depending upon how much rain we've had lately. Four wheel drive isn't necessary but an SUV or similar vehicle with higher clearance is recommended.
